According to Rich Dad Robert Kiyosaki and Bo Sanchez, one should have multiple streams of income in order to be rich.

Many people have misconcepcions about poverty and money. Many believe that money is the root of all evil. But it isn’t so… it is “the love of money” that is the root of all evil and not money itself. It is money that we use to buy food, clothing, shelter and education for our family. Even materials for the construction of schools, hospitals and churches require money for purchase transactions.

God wants us to prosper:

But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth… Deutronomy 8:18a

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children; and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. Proverbs 13:22

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 2

FINANCE TIPS

1. Save at least 10% of all your earnings.

2. Give away another 10% of your earnings to your church, to your community or to charity.

3. Invest in real estate that will make monthly profits for you.

4. Don’t put all your savings in one bank.

Choose the big banks.
Invest in safe and proven mutual funds, bonds, and t-bills.

6. Franchises like 711, Ministop, Jollibee, Chowking…

7. Business that you are knowledgeable and passionate about.

8. Real estate investments.

9. Real estate business like residential and commercial apartments, condominiums, hotels.

Tithing

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s: it is holy unto the Lord. Leviticus 27:30

And if a man will at all redeem aught of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof. Leviticus 27:31
